3D Graph Visualization has been generated in the context of the seminar Interactive Visualization at the Chair for Architectural Informatics. The Goal was to examine new approaches to the visualization and interactive navigation of graphs that contain architectural information. The resulting visualization represents certain characteristics from the analysis of basic information.

The information has been derived through interdisciplinary project Integrating data from external sources into ar:searchbox of the Faculty of Informatics (TUM) via the implementation of mechanisms for the extension of the database found on ar:searchbox. Information from architectural websites as well as high quality pictures can be transferred into semantic data records with the aid of a webcrawler. Some strategies for some different architectural websites have already been designed and realized.
